Once again, the Lord has shown His preserving love for me. I felt being away from His presence the past days and weeks. My church life is not going on the proper way. I only join meetings every Lord's day. I have been so lazy to join prayer and pursuance meetings on weeknights. That made me feel a bit far from Him.
Midnight yesterday, I was deeply asleep. I received a call from a brother asking me to get online for he and other young people from their locality are waiting for me. So I got up and went online. We did a video chat and I was so touched when they started it with a spiritual song for me. " I give You the first place in all things by faith..till we meet dear Lord. I love you with my best love ". I have not been giving the Lord my best love. And I have not been communicating with those young people who remembered to shepherd me. After singing, they also prophesied one by one of what they have enjoyed that night in their pursuance of the Lord. And they mentioned that the Lord never forgets us. We may forget Him often times, but He is always there to take care of us. That really touched me and revived my spirit.
I thank the Lord for preserving me in my spiritual life. He always arranges things that reminds me of Him or leads me back to Him. Indeed, God's love is marvelous and unconditional. Halleluiah we have such a great God!
